Working together toward a common goal is a proven method to foster teamwork and camaraderie within a group. Companies often spend thousands of dollars to send members of their sales or other departments on "team-building" retreats. At BHC you can do it free! This is "organizational team-building" the BHC way! Typical group projects might include gardening, landscaping, painting or renovation projects.
